Factory painted thermowood siding is ready to install and has excellent resistance to decay and various weather conditions. Nothing needs to be done for more than 10-15 years. Painted thermowood siding requires no specific maintenance but should be cleaned every few years. The period of low maintenance depends on the thickness of the paint layer and whether it is transparent or fully opaque paint. Painting gives wood products all possible colors, it is possible to paint siding in any desired color.

Other finishes for the facade cladding than painting at Wind Hout include oiling, impregnation, hot oil impregnation, fire protection treatment or coating with a ferrous sulphate.
